Is there any assembly required?

A small amount, yes. You will need to click in the wheels, cut a strap and away you go. Scroll down this page to see the unboxing video, which shows you how. Go slowly and steadily when doing this and you should be fine. If you're not confident with this sort of task, ask a friend who might be able to help. Or, even better, buy through a local stockist who will do this for you.

Does the byACRE Scandinavian Butler fold?

No it doesn't fold, but for a good reason. The Scandinavian Butler is one of the few non-foldable rollators on the market. While an indoor rollator walker that can’t be folded and stowed away might sound crazy, actually it's best that way. The reason is that byACRE have prioritised stability over foldability. Their designers say it simply isn’t possible to make a foldable rollator walker that offers the same stability and robustness as a non-foldable rollator. (And why would you want to put away a beautiful piece of furniture like this anyway?)

Yes. The handle can be set at intervals between 83.5cm and 97.5cm.

What sort of wheels are on the Scandinavian Butler?

The Butler has eight soft rubber wheels, set up as four double sided wheels that are independently turning. This means the Butler is incredibly maneuverable. Also, the wheels are pretty much silent - no squeaks or squeals - you beauty! (Nice work byACRE).
