Mobility Scooter Hire Plan Agreement

This Mobility Scooter Hire Plan Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ("Renter") and Kineticare, a trading name of Echo Labs Pty Ltd ("Seller"), collectively referred to as "Parties."

Conditions and Responsibilities:

• Ownership: Ownership of the mobility scooter will remain with Kineticare. Kineticare reserves the right to collect the product if the Renter fails to pay rental fees on time.
• Default: In the event of a default on any instalment payment, Kineticare may, at its discretion, cancel this Agreement and repossess the mobility scooter without any refund of previous payments.
• Cancellation: The Renter may not cancel this Agreement once the first instalment payment has been made.

Payment Terms:

The Renter agrees to pay a rental fee as specified in the rental agreement. This fee is payable in advance. Any deposit required is refundable upon the return of the Equipment in satisfactory condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

Use of Equipment:

The Equipment shall be used only by the Renter and only for the purposes for which it is designed. The Renter agrees not to modify, misuse, or mistreat the Equipment and to operate it in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Loss or Damage:

The Renter is responsible for the care and custody of the Equipment during the rental period. In the event of loss, theft, or damage to the Equipment, the Renter agrees to compensate Kineticare for the cost of repair or replacement. The Renter is required to notify Kineticare immediately of any damage, failure, or malfunction.

Liability:

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kineticare from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of the Equipment. Kineticare will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused directly or indirectly by the Equipment.

Preparation for Return:

Upon termination of the rental period, the Renter is required to prepare the Equipment for return as instructed by Kineticare. This includes ensuring the Equipment is clean, fully charged, and ready for inspection.

Signature:

By accepting this rental, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this payment plan.
