Avante Adjustable Beds have multiple features to help aid comfort and mobility.

Head and Foot Lift

All Avante Adjustable Beds have the capability to adjust the head and foot sections for your comfort. Simply press the head up or foot up buttons on the hand controller to adjust to the desired height. These customised positions can assist with sleep complications and provide major health benefits.

Trendelenburg

Trendelenburg is a feature provided on some Avante beds that places the users head down and elevates the feet, so the whole body is sloping down with the feet higher than the rest of the body. This position is commonly used to aid management of hypertensive (low blood pressure) patients.

Pre-set Positions

In addition to zero gravity or adjustable head and foot positions, many Avante adjustable beds offer pre-set positions, giving the user the ability to programme ideal positions.

Wireless Hand Control

Making it easy to control the bed from anywhere in the room, the wireless hand control proves to be a popular feature. This feature does not only benefit the consumer but is extremely helpful for the carer and eliminates a potential trip hazard.

Zero Gravity

Zero gravity is a preset position provided on most Avante beds that mimics astronauts when in space. Along with various other health benefits, this position takes pressure off the spine by raising the head and knees slightly higher than the heart.

Hi-Lo / Lo Lo

The Hi-Lo/ Lo-Lo function is available on a wide range of Avante bed bases. It allows the bed to adjust higher or lower to suit your needs, making it easier to get in or out of bed. With the Lo-Lo function, the base has the ability to go right down to the ground, this is mostly beneficial to consumers in a wheelchair as it makes transfer into bed much easier.

Bluetooth

The Bluetooth function, available on the majority of Avante beds, provides users with the convenience of controlling the bed through a dedicated smartphone application. USB Ports

Located on either side of the bed, the USB ports prove to be an extremely convenient feature allowing the user to charge a phone, or any USB charged device from the comfort of your own bed. Extra Long Bed Size

Extra long beds typically provide additional length beyond the standard bed sizes, accommodating taller individuals comfortably. With more space to stretch out, tall people can sleep without their feet hanging over the edge of the bed, ensuring a more restful and uninterrupted sleep.

Castors

With the help of castors, Avante beds can be moved around any room with ease. To suit you best, we offer a range of different sizes. Our largest castors are designed so a hoist can still fit underneath the bed, clearly aiding your mobility.

LED Under-bed Lighting

Providing a safe way around the room at night, our LED under-bed lighting is a commonly used, incredibly helpful feature. With a press of a button, the under-bed lighting can be controlled, aiding not only you, but also carers.

Battery Back up
